CRN Training & Education
HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
In June and July of 2009 several of the CRN board members delivered an intense 40 hour training program over a
four day period. The curriculum was developed by one of CRN's own members and was designed to give
patient advocates and other healthcare professionals specific training in conflict resolution. The course
material met the TMTR standard for the basic 40 hour mediation course and was focused on
the somewhat unique needs of the healthcare field. Check out some of the pictures from the training session.
